Requesting +1 weapons when you yourself don't even have a relic

they ask for +1 weapons because they want to ride on peoples coat tails to complete content without breaking a sweat. a party with two + relic weapons can clear a dungeon super quickly.

And here is where the problem lies. They make thes dungeons "level capped" but yet you can out gear the dungeon. Just remove the caps and let people play them whatever level they are even if they are above the minimum required entry level.
