Requesting +1 weapons when you yourself don't even have a relic

yeah, I was told that I need two to three pieces of af +1 to do titan so I decided to take a break from the game and play something that is actually fun instead of repeating two dungeons for ugly recolors of gear I had at level 45+. I'm sorry SE, this is just NOT fun at all.

I've seen a few people shout for this on my server but what made it worse the guy who was shouting didn't own a relic himself. Then there was one guy "Titan weapon Farming must have relic" and he didn't have one either so I left the party after we entered.

IDK who told you that but they need to be punched in the head lol. If titan can be downed in Swim Wear then you can do it in anything (They did have relic weapons tho).

Don't let bad players force you into quitting(if anyone tells you that Coil-equivalent pieces are required for Titan they are compensating for something). This is the playerbase's fault, not SE's. Idiots requiring full DL/AF+1 +relic for Titan prove the saying that a little bit of knowledge is more damaging than pure ignorance.

These people making up requirements for runs are getting out of hand. The people doing these runs last month didnt have all this gear and they were still downing it and doing it fast to. I got told by someone that if I didnt have my +1 and full DL I couldnt do stuff like AK very well and they wouldnt take me since I "wouldnt know what I was doing". They didnt like when I switched my job and my gear showed I had done more in game then they had. I guess its a crime to try to level up my alt jobs with only crafted gear and some DL. Having a relic +1 means nothing anymore, so many people buy runs its a joke.

I remember joining raids that requires you to have beaten the said raid before, and it's ran by guys who have never beaten this raid. To be fair, you should at least give these guys credit for taking the effort to try to find guys who can carry them.

Nope that doesn't cut it - the only way I'd buy that is if they were crafting. Not to mention if their gonna shout for it to join up and they do have it but on a different job they should still be ousted for not adhering to their own req
because it's the same thing as not having it if your not on the job with it while in the dungeon.

my own linkshell said that having 6100 hp on Warrior wasnt enough to tank titan. So, yeah I gave up and just play the Sims 3, Heavy Rain, and Ace Attorney 5 until we get the next content patch.

I have more of an issue with people who think speed runs are DL/Relic+1 playing it normally.

I actually thought for the longest time "speed run" meant for the tank to run all the way to the first pugil and die. If they don't do it there it's gonna be on at the door after the first boss... And IF they make it past 2nd boss they will run to the 3rd boss door and die... On a good speed run it's ALL three! Lol. Sometimes it's the tanks fault, sometimes the healers...either way it's still a wipe and a /sigh.

This the type of person that are requesting +1 and joining LFG +1 in most of the speed runs I encounter that are pug's non DF. That relic doesn't make someone a God. They still suck regardless of gear, and chances are 1 of the 4 in the party don't have a clue and if it's tank or heals it's game over man, game over...

Beggars can be choosers. If you were homeless on the streets begging for loose change and 2 people were approaching you, one in a suit with a brief case and one in rags and broken shoes, which one would you ask for money (only time to ask one).

The thing is, I have some pretty good gear, so I would expect to run with people with pretty good gear. But ultimately I do not care if they are good and do good dps. The problem with that is you have no way of determining that until your already in the thick of it. Therefore I request that up front.

And it all comes down to time. If it wasn't 45 minutes before maintenance or our bcb run, I wouldn't be shouting for a fast WP in the first place.
