Requesting +1 weapons when you yourself don't even have a relic

I have more of an issue with people who think speed runs are DL/Relic+1 playing it normally.

I actually thought for the longest time "speed run" meant for the tank to run all the way to the first pugil and die. If they don't do it there it's gonna be on at the door after the first boss... And IF they make it past 2nd boss they will run to the 3rd boss door and die... On a good speed run it's ALL three! Lol. Sometimes it's the tanks fault, sometimes the healers...either way it's still a wipe and a /sigh.

This the type of person that are requesting +1 and joining LFG +1 in most of the speed runs I encounter that are pug's non DF. That relic doesn't make someone a God. They still suck regardless of gear, and chances are 1 of the 4 in the party don't have a clue and if it's tank or heals it's game over man, game over...
