Requesting +1 weapons when you yourself don't even have a relic

I think people are offended by these requests because they perceive the 'need relic+1' as elitist. But it's usually the other way around. The guys making the request are usually actually humble and newbie enough to know they need the other guys to carry them. Sure, these guys may talk tough but if you look at their record (or the fact those guys are usually the first to die) you'll realize that these guys are actually aware of their shortcomings which is why they try to stack the odds in their favor. You don't have to go along with their plan, but at least those guys tried.

Seriously...what's the world coming to when People in Mor Dhona are shouting for members for WP and are requesting +1s to join when the person shouting does not even have a relic themselves? This is for non speed runs even...

That's kinda sinister IMO. Yeah, people inspect people - so I hope you have at least what your requesting, otherwise I'd hope someone either called you out or people just refuse to join you if your doing this.

It's WP anyways...stop putting restrictions on people unless their in gear lower than their quest class gear...ESP if your wearing it.

How else are they going to get a quick spirit Grind run through WP if everyone else isn't +1 when they are wearing crafting gear!

Or maybe they already have their relic and want to make sure to get another (or their 7th). Serious, people are free to play with whoever they want, under their own term if they're the ones organizing their groups. This saturday, when my gf and I were starting with our Titan Hm tries, she got kicked from a group because she had the Ifrit Staff instead of the Garua Wand. She didn't come to the forums to cry about being excluded from one group, we put together our own group and got the garuda wand out of fun and then we we killed Titan this monday. Without any tear. We made our terms, we even brought a fellow with iLVL55 weapon for Titan, othr with full DL, all we asked were experience with p5 (didn't even have to have killed the boss, since we hadn't yet!).

Don't like the requirements to join someone else group? Make your own. It sucks to be excluded, but getting all upset and making threads about it won't change their minds.

Just wanna clear something up. The people shouting for Titan with relics are farming or they are rotating mains with relic quest alts for each member.

6k HP on a WAR isn't a lot. Might be enough for Titan but you'd be relying a hell if a lot on your healers. Full DL with Garuda and I have over 7.1kHP on my WAR.

I do agree that people farming dungeons requesting higher ilevel players to make it easier for them is a bit of a joke though.

I don't understand how this is a problem. This happens in all games, this is nothing new. If someone wants to form their own group with arbitrary requirements that they don't even meet themselves, let them. It has zero impact on you unless you wanted to join their group and they rejected you, in which case they probably did you a favor anyway.
