FFXIV: poor gameplay due to lag

Never said I can't beat Titan, did months ago. Go in and help others kill it every week. SE has admitted to the lag issue. But since you can't read my post, I guess you don't read their posts either. I am happy you and your friends don't have the issue a lot of others do. You do know people play on different PCs and on different connections. Someone playing on top internet and a i7 will prob lag less then someone on a lower speed connection and a dual core. Comparing people on an even playing field and using blanket statements is total ignorance on your part. There are millions of variables that go into lag or DC issues. Some get 90000 a lot, others haven't had it once. Some lag on some fights, while others don't. The lack of IQ it takes to put lag issues on the player and it is their fault they might lag is laughable.

You are right, and I fail at feeding the Troll. This is the only issue other then only 4 bosses in Coil that I have with the game right now. it is rare but when it hits ya it sucks. haven't gotten hit by the knock off ability with the lag but the plumes have gotten me when I am clear on the other side of the platform.
But Titan is the only fight I get this so I can't QQ too much. Coil has been fun we cleared Turn 4 last week and Turn 5 looks to be fun, so overall the game has great content. I like that SE has addressed it and is probably working on it if they can. maybe they just need to add more data centers. Having just the one is prob why some people lag more often if they are farther from it then others.
