To clarify, it would be one big piece with 0 accuracy, like chest or legs, or weapon.

I am aware of that, but your ACC cap is very, very low as compared to DoW, you have to admit that. Making it easier for itemization (being able to pick less items with ACC)
Correct me if I'm mistaken but DoW has to pick 8 pieces with ACC including the weapon.
