And for the 2nd point, really ? lol don't even know what to say. If you don't have like 8 - 10 officers in 140 players structures that are able to remember who's who that's pretty laughable, I'm in one or two fully capped LS and pretty much know who's who including alts.

That just sound like extreme lazyness and hypocrisy to me. You want to raid ? roll toons in order to, or just don't but quit bitching. You know what you pay for.
