So, I also decided, when in the shopping centres of the large cities, we should gain a shopping trolley and all available Minions should be activated

Maybe some sort of amusement park...
You know, with carousel, ferry wheel and things like that.

With a shooting range where you get an instant cast weapon (like Aero) and have to target and "shoot" monsters but may not hit the moogles...

And some kind of "Random Brawl" where you enter and get completely "randomized" (random job, level, gear, even just some random skills to use...) and have to fight like that in an Arena (PvE and maybe even PvP)
