    My Question:

    Allowing DoL (and DoH) classes to participate in main storyline quests has resulted in very bland and easy quests/fights. How will future storyline missions be handled in the future to make them more engaging, difficult, and interesting to all disciplines involved?

    My questions:

    Will there be any revisions to how you track nodes? It's rather difficult to find a higher-grade node that you can easily and successfully mine without the rank-appropriate Lay of the Land and the like.
    Are there any plans to add new gathering traits or skills like King's Yield or Sharp Vision?
    Will the animation times of abilities like King's Yield be sped up or potentially removed?

    Here's my questions:

    When will we see grade 6 mining and botany nodes? They seem like they should be available from rank 45 with leves and as such it makes those final ranks long.
    SP per gather is very low in certain ranks such as 22-25, 32-35 and 42-50 but seems fairly balanced for the rest as you can either hit the higher grade with leves or get decent SP off the current optimal grade. Is there any plans to address this?
    I feel a failed gather due to fatigue should be handled different than a fail due to bad aim and as such should give the full SP but still destroy the item. Are there any plans to change this system?
    Most items that are gathered have no value due to supply being way higher than demand. Is there any plans to limit the supply of certain items like what was done with gold, gems and mahogany?
    Since the removal of +1 and +2 items from monsters it is possible to get certain +3 materials from monsters easier than it is from gathering nodes. Are there any plans to address this?
    Any plans to make gatherers useful in battle? Let me mine up and throw better rocks for more damage than standard stone throw, let me throw ores and nuggets if I choose!
    Is there any plans to change the way abilities function? Currently Sweat of Brow is over used because it has the most benefit and setting any more will reduce the amount of times Sweat of Brow appears. This leads to people just setting that and nothing else. I would like to see abilities selectable in the way DoH is, but restricted with cool downs so that you have to think which one to activate.

    I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders.     My Question:

    Currently with Fishing you can gather in the same spot for as long as you want, with Mining and Botany you can't. So will Mining and Botany ever be allowed to gather at the same spot for as long as they like?
    What I was thinking is that you could use the nodes for farming specific items and better items like with fishing and schools of fish and like schools they would run out after so many tries. Then you could allow for example people to Mine anywhere there is a rock and certain regions will be certain grades just like fishing.

    Are there any plans to implement the Shepherd class, or any other new Gathering classes?
    Are there any plans to implement a Chocobo Digging class, or the mini-game Chocobo Hot and Cold?
    What is the point of Stone Toss, since gathering classes have no attack stat?

    Will +1 and +2 items be removed from gathering, like they were with loot? Maybe you can have +1 and +2 HQ items be crafted only.
    It really takes up too much of a gatherer's inventory space.

    Are there plans for more Gathering classes?
    Will we ever be able to harvest materials off of monsters themselves, such as in the Monster Hunter games? Or is this the purpose of the loot system already?

    Will we ever see actual resources at gathering points rather than only sparkling lights?
    That would be awesome to be able to hunt resources by seeing first hand what kind of tree it is or minerals in the deposit, etc.
    (For example, WoW has that in a simplified form)

    Will the gathering animations ever be reworked or redone through motion capture to improve the realism and fluidity of the animation?
    Ever since the gathering animations were sped up, it somewhat feels odd to see my little Lalafell be momentarily under high speed for certain part of the movement. It feels weird, like something is not right (and was obviously sped up compared to the original movements).
