there is no reason to want more BL proccing if you are not using BL inbetween because HS is available to use and it is superior.
That is the point of my post.
Not using BL inbetween oGCD gives you nothing but a dmg decrease because it is an inferior skill to HS.

So as I've explained before, I think maybe the first or second week of launch, it is not possible to miss a BL proc if you use them solely between oGCDs. Please remember how tick timings work and how it is literally impossible for you to miss a BL proc if you delay.

Like the reasons Lumpen gave, there is 0 reason to use BL when you can use HS instead, unless you have 0 TP, in which case do whatever you want, your dps will be crap.

No? It ensures that if BL is up, you're going to use it if you're mashing the button during HS. This is the exact opposite of what you want to do. Speaking of which doing the thing the other way around is bad too, because the game randomly lags and decides to use the last attack sometimes too.

Just do not macro any oGCD abilities to GCD ones. That is the golden rule. Do whatever the hell you want otherwise.

Sure, that works well, it is a miniscule (like 0.01%) dps increase to use ME ahead of BL during execute, but frankly it doesn't matter in the least.

First of all, macros are fine, mashing your buttons like a maniac is not. To minimize clipping you can actually feign activation of the macro, this takes skill and attention. For example, you use SS > BL > WB > Buff > VB > Buff > HS > OMG PROC ON RoB 1 SECOND BEFORE MY GCD IS UP WHAT SHALL I EVER DO????

take a breath
just tap the next damaging GCD ability so it activates without activating the oGCD ability BL...

It takes a ton of practice and tricking your brain not to button mash, but you will become a better player and much more efficient.
I think maybe once in 100-200 GCDs I'll mess up and delay myself 1 second.
