    the devs should be more open with the upcoming changes for warriors

    its been a couple weeks since they announced that warriors are getting a buff in 2.1, but i cant help but feel uneasy about what they're going to do.

    im worried that they're gonna do some trivial changes and YoshiP will just tell us to figure out what to do with it, like what he first said about warriors when the game came out.

    i honestly am hoping on the next developers blogs that they give us something concrete to expect, i'm slowly leveling my paladin and farming up my myth tomes just in case were still gimped come 2.1.

    but the warrior play-style is so badass, i even find myself doing pretend axe swings at work and pretending im wrecking an imaginary boss. i mean, the warrior in the opening cinematic looks like the best character.

    lets all hope that we get a satisfactory upgrade to our class guys, woopwoop!

    I agree, but at the same time they are very secret about everything more or less.

    Honestly this game is going down the drain imo. The content patches need to be quicker and more forth coming imo, but that's a topic for another time.

    Back to the topic at hand, Warriors will need some major tweaks, I play both very well geared. What I think warriors need is more than what most people think they need.

    Paladins rock at aoe threat, You can flash like 20 times straight to hold agro and can continue holding threat with fast blade, riot blade combo followed by flash. The snap agro from the first 20 flashes you do will set you far ahead of everyone else, which gives you time to get mana back through a combo. On a warrior your aoe threat, though people say its good, is not sustainable, unless there is something I don't know about it. But, in theory you can cast flash 4-5 times, then you can over power until you are out of tp. After that you are waiting for tp to regen or you are swapping to a single target / tab rotation which kind of sucks.

    In all honesty where a paladin has block they need to make warrior the hp / parry tank that would solve all of the issues as far as mitigation is concerned without changing the way the warrior is played. With that they also need to give warriors better cool downs in line with the paladin. Beserk is useless, bloodbath is useless, pretty much all wrath abilities are useless because you are gimping yourself to use them specially in a raid setting where healing is intense.

    Cast flash 20 times in a row? Im sure thats an exaggeration, but how do you have the time before the rest of your team attacks? When doing speed runs people dont wait lol. I may be able to get 2 or 3 flashes off if im lucky before the dps starts attacking, and the single target DD will always rip aggro off me until i cycle to his target and finish my ROH combo off on it. Even the BLM will steal aggro because flash doesnt seem strong enough to compete with the BLM high damaging AOE. I do happen to play with a nasty BLM though so maybe thats why lol. We are all geared the same, I my even have better gear but he just does his rotations perfect and gets crit hits frequently. Flash is good for aggro maintenance IMO but I feel that cycling targets with ROH is way more important and effective.

    First pull = Entrance to first boss. Flash each group of mobs as you sprint through them. When you get to the last pack flash then don't flash again until the rest of the mobs catch up, then spam flash until you are oom, then go to using FB, RB, Flash rinse and repeat until all mobs are down. You also want to use circle of Scorn on cool down. I run with coil geared people, time to time yes I lose agro on 1 mob but for the most part I don.t

    Second Pull = Everything to the locked doors. Same as before Flash each group of mobs as you run through them. Once you get to the last room Flash the last group 1 time then wait for everything to catch up then chain flash til oom, then FB, RB, Flash rinse repeat until oom.

    Third Pull = Skeletons, Floaty things, 2 ton berries and if able the last pack where you click the last door lock. Sometimes you can click it without being notice so have a dps watch this, the rotation is still the same.

    Do not use limit until the last pull.

    Again flash through each group of mobs as you sprint. The floaters are ranged so when you reach the last pack of mob run to the corner on the left pop hallowed ground ( if needed ) then begin your flashing following the above methods. As soon as your group catches up have a caster limit which should take all of the mobs to half health. Then have them finish it up.
