    New Iphone and one-time password

    So, my wife gets a new iphone, and now she can't log on because she needs a one-time password.
    She had the app on her old phone, but because its a new phone she had to re-download it and activate it, but to activate it she needs to log into her account, which needs a one-time password... talk about a effin pain in the ass....

    So guys, how can she access her account and log into the game?

    Any advice appreciated.

    click where it says "How to remove secuirty token from your account"

    and i hope u wrote down your removal code they gave u

    edit: if you didnt write down the removal code, you should be able to contact customer support by phone when they open in the morning an confirm you are the account holder by payment information an then they can remove it i believe

    And by "in the morning" do you mean AEST time, JP time, PDT time?
    From what i hear/understand customer support here in Oz is crap at best.
    And no, she didnt realise she needed the code, was to busy playing with new toy.... WOMEN!!
    If she had waited til i got home....
