if you are playing in a part of the world that isn't near the servers that they launched, then you need to either use tunneling software to get a more direct connection, or wait for them to launch servers in your area, which isn't cheap.

It's up to them to decide whether they want to invest in keeping a good deal of paying subscribers who get shafted or, you know, ignore them even though Titan HM is basically a random win/loss lottery draw, depending on your location.
