..Which could mean lag because the game read's everyone's position at 0.3s, how is it some can dodge and some cannot without there being variables including lag..?
If you use a castable skill, it screws you because it updates your position now (doesn't wait for 0.3s), but it updates it IN the aoe.

So it forces you to wait until you see the aoe on the ground to cast (because if it appears WHILE you cast, bye bye, wipe the group).
