That's the entire point of this thread. That gif, like mine, is in the overworld. That person has a connection issue.

I really have to wonder how you guys can look at gifs like this, and be like RAWR SEE TOLD YOU, and yet see the gifs at the start of this thread, and for some reason think it's voodoo magic or something.

It's not voodoo magic of course. The premise of your thread however puts the entire blame on a person's connection, a connection that let's the player function perfectly fine in other MMOs and FPS games.
