Just to recap here, once again, I, and nobody else here is claiming there isn't a delay, my OP says that as well. I'm also NOT saying it's impossible for the issue to be on SE's end. ALL I'm saying, is that when it IS on SE's end, it will affect most, if not all of your raid.

If it's happening to 1-2 people out of 8, then those 1-2 people can take steps on their end to reduce this "delay". But with justifications like "It doesn't happen in WoW", they completely negate ANY troubleshooting because clearly nothing could be wrong on their end. And this is not true, you're connecting to different servers, which means the route will be different. We can't go into too much detail because there are too many variables that can play a factor, which is why it's best to troubleshoot this with either your ISP, or SE's technical support.

So that's all, even if WoW plays fine for you, there may be things you can do to improve your situation, rather than just shouting for a "fix" that may, or may not ever happen.
