That's the entire point of this thread. That gif, like mine, is in the overworld. That person has a connection issue.

I really have to wonder how you guys can look at gifs like this, and be like RAWR SEE TOLD YOU, and yet see the gifs at the start of this thread, and for some reason think it's voodoo magic or something.

Actually, the "point" is that this doesn't happen in any other MMO out there, to include games with far better graphics. This latency issue is the fault of a poorly made game.
