Bellum Aeternus, a multi-game metaguild, looking for recruits

Bellum Aeternus (BA) is recruiting new members of all classes and all skill levels, either to our LS if you want to get to know us more, or to our FC if you think we'd make a good home for you. We require members to have a positive attitude and be respectful of others.

BA has been around for 10+ years. We started in Planetside, and our first "branch" game was Final Fantasy XI. Since those early days we have had many branches, with over 3500 individuals playing with us over the years.

We are interested in end-game achievement, but are more casual in our approach. We pride ourselves on training our members and helping them to maximize their playtime, however limited that time might be.

BA is still looking for more members! We have a core group at 50 with more members approaching, and we are starting to run Ifrit HM. We are looking for all classes atm. We are also more than willing to help anyone who is still leveling. We are a good fit for someone new to 50 and looking for a family to start hitting raid content with. Are you getting frustrated with the amount of elitism out there? People only wanting you to join their group if you've got your Full DL and Relic +1? We are too!!

Join us and don't worry about screwing things up because it's your first time or not knowing how to run an instance, because we'll show you, nicely too! We have several players on consistently that are lvl 50 and ALWAYS willing to jump in on an instance with you.

We are still looking for more members! We've recently formed an alliance with another FC and are looking for more FCs to join. This gives each FC the ability to stay sovereign, yet allows us to coordinate and form a regular raid schedule. If you are just starting or are interested in running raids, check us out! We are also more than happy to help anyone who is just starting or leveling up!

For 10+ years in a variety of games, BA's philosophy has always been to welcome all but asshats, and to teach anyone who wants it without judgement. You might expect some teasing though, depending on how well you click with us!

Howdy!

I've reviewed the information on the BA forum as guided, and while I'm not politically-minded (I get the hierarchy gist of it all, but it's basically gibberish to me!), I do appreciate good structure.

Basically I'm looking for a home here on Goblin, especially since the real world friends that started playing with me have since bailed. Thus here I am, a fresh Lvl 50 DRG with no group of people to see end-game with! First-world problems, I suppose.

Anyhow, as I said, I like structure, but not without some good times and a great sense of humor. I'd love to get with a group of people that enjoy progression and the rewards that come along with it, but also know how to have a good time with the inevitable wiping that leads to said progression.

Hope to see you in game soon Alirya! As a fresh lvl 50 there's plenty to do, and we've got some great people to party with. Our new alliance also has some great folks, with plenty of high lvl players who are great coaches (Shout out to Raven and Zozu!)
