Any one else getting this bug?

I always get it when standing around in New Gridania, i've put it up on the Bug forum unsure weather or not to submit a ticket as possible hacking

I don't think that is a bug.
If another player uses the item that resets attribute points near you it will inform you that yours are reset even though the message is for the player that used it.
The item costs 10000 GC seals but I can't remember its name.
It just seems that you are surrounded by people that can't make up their mind for stat allocation.

Thanks for the Info, just seemed weird it happenning alot within the space of a few mins

Yeah, you just don't have other player item effects filtered out of your chat, so you will still see the text when they use it. It wasn't translated extremely well into the English version of the game and doesn't give the name of the character for which the attribute bonuses have been reset.
