If you want to compare it to something, then compare to the 1.0 release of WoW... how long did it take for them to finally release the 2nd major raid in wow? hmmm 6-7 months? Oh hey look! BCoB will be getting released 3 months from 2.1... what is that? 7 months? yep... Nevermind that what they are adding into the game between those 6-7 months is far more content than WoW ever did... ever... in one patch... but you know... let's keep suggesting that they are "following recent trends of WoW and it is going to be the death of the game"...

Thank you for the update. I wish more of the player base was patient. Most don't seem to understand how complicated things are.

They truly don't. Never mind that those employees have lives and families too. No instead you have everyone who spends their life cramming 10 hours everyday on their computer completing everything in 2 weeks crying at why nothing new is coming out. Never mind that these guys are fixing bugs, balancing classes, dealing with RMTs, creating new content, coding it all, testing it all, going through the entire forums and actually reading these people's whining faces, etc etc oh and the game has only been out 3/THREE/III (incase you didn't get I said the number 3) months. The game is a dam baby and everyone expects the same results of a MMO that's been out for 5+ years. Yea....I wish they were more patient too.

The problem was they wouldn't have been late had they just scraped 1.0 rather then trying to fix something that they knew they couldn't fix they could have just focused all the time and money on ARR which would have had much more content when the game launched.

That maybe true but on the other end if they would have conducted more tests before launch they wouldnt be in this mess in the first place.

My girlfriend just decided not to renew this month. I can't play with her because I'm always locked out due to coil and except from coil, there is nothing to do at max level.

Yea we can level ANOTHER class with brainless fate grinding (which is not done with a friend, for sure), you can level a crafting!! (which is not done with friends), a gathering (which is not done with friends) or you can OMG MAKE A LEVEQUEST TOGHETHER (sorry I can do all of them at max level alone).

A lot of people just can't play the same game for several years straight without a break. WoW's decline in playerbase size is not particularly because of any one flaw or problem in the game. They can have an infinite supply of content and people will still get tired of it. There's only so much you can do about that. We are just humans and it is natural behavior.

isn't patch 2.1 next month? wow talk about impatient kids.

I guess it's to be expected, people can't even wait a couple of hours till maintenance ends, nevermind a few weeks. Get a life

At this rate, I bet it'll be years till we get lv99. Other classes? ...Sooner, but that'll be a far off dream too...
