    Details to the upcoming changes to Melee in 2.1 would be rather nice

    It's safe to assume if everything goes as announced we are getting 2.1 within a month. We know scarcely about the changes to dragoons but many of us want to know what you have in plan to compensate for the fact

    "Close range dps have to do more work than longe range and do less damage". So what are the plans for this exactly? We're weeks from the patch and yet one of the most important aspects has been in the dark or held close to your chest.

    Besides tower, the hardcore dungeons and the new dungeon this is the most important change you'll be making to the game so far. Though Housing is kind of nice it's not gameplay related and this change should also effect the PVP portion of the game and could either break or save this game.

    So yes, details would be rather nice. Just saying.

    Any kind of details would be nice. FC is a ghost town outside of raid nights due to lack of anything to do.

    I'm hoping they also fix positional server lag so my attacks can actually connect with my target on the move. it's stupid that as a melee you can be running along with the moving target and right on top of it but regardless you can't attack it because of the positional delay.

    Agreed. That would help a lot and I'd say give a few extra degrees of charity for our flank and rear attacks.

    The positional attacks should be was as big as the AoEs everything throws at us. It isn't to bad if there is only one melee but if you get a second on any boss that likes to tail swipe and it can get really messy. Also the really big bosses are annoying because the run is so long to get to the point where attacks work.

    Got to be the WORST thing about playing melee in this game right now. From day 1, I was scared about the implications for PvP. It's still annoying PvE regardlesss, sucks that there wasn't this issue in WoW at all, 2004 game.
