How do I get quests to get seals?

I just got my mount quest from immortal flames GC. It says I need seals to purchase the mount. I am level 23. What can I do to get seals? I don't see any quests in the vicinity for flames....

Usually, you will find a gc representative at the various camps around town. In your case, i think the level 25 gc rep for immortal flames is at camp drybone. You can spend leves to earn seals that way.

Most players however earn seals by doing fates. After you join a GC, all fates will automatically give you a set amount of seals depending on your performance. Spend some time doing those gc leves and fates and you should have your mount in no time.

Also, a fast way is to open up your hunting log. You will notice a new section specific to your gc. Finishing those is not only required for gc promotiions, but will net you more than enough seals as reward.

You can do guild leve's. There is usually one close to the battlecraft, tradecraft, and field craft leve guys. Here is a link with the lists. You can also now accumulate seals from doing fates now as well. Good luck! http://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Guildleve

The most effective way to get enough seals to get your chocobo is to run Halatali. The mobs it requires for your GC hunting log should amount to a bit over how many you need for the chocobo license. I mean I guess you could always FATE grind, do GC leves or turn in provisioning items, but it's a level 20 dungeon that you won't ever really need to revisit unless you want loot, so why not?
