    Mog Station and other pay option haven't been working.

    So here's the deal my brother and I pre-orderd the game and not only was our free play cut short 5 days early because we were told that it was supposed to end on the 10th.

    However, our main issue seems to be with paying our subscription we tried to pay the subscription for I think it was 90 days but the mog station was not working and as far as we know it still isn't working and what's irritating me the most is that it seems like the developers or whoever is in charge of the game just doesn't seem to care that many of their players can't pay to play the game. I mean I've looked and heard about maintenance on the game, updates and events but not one thing talking about how they are going to fix the mog station and its been well over a month.

    Listen I love the game and I usually lose interest in a lot of games very easily, I was one of the people telling people to be patient when the game had issues in the beginning and true enough they fixed the problems relatively fast within hours most of the time, but it doesn't even seem like they're concerned about this problem.

    The mog station does not work, ultimate pay does not work, the crista's do not work.

    So my question is A when and what do the developers or whoever is in charge of this plan to do about it and B is there another way for me to pay my subscription to play the game?

    Not sure why these problems are happening, I have added Crysta to my account on 2 separate occasions with no problems at all.

    Perhaps a clearer explanation of your problem other than "not working" may help someone come up with an idea of what you can do?

    Consider that there is also some cross-checking between your SE account and credit card data.
    If they mismatch your payment could be denied.

    Well every time we tried to pay, an error would appear I have to ask my brother which one it was rather is was 601 or the other
