    Launcher losing connection.

    I can't download the game after building a new pc and using windows 8.1.
    The launcher downloads for a few minutes and then says "connection with the server lost." The error code is [30413][10009][19900][12152].
    I've tried running in compatibility mode, running as admin, closing all antivirus programs, allowing through firewall. Any suggestions or others with this issue? Thanks.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
