(Famfrit) Excellence - The True Social Community FC

Hiya everyone!

Introductions
If you've been active on the forums or in game you might know me already . I'm one of the leaders of the social/fun free company <Excellence> !

We are a ragtag band of friendlies that are anywhere between 1 and 50 and we are of course on the lovely server Famfrit.


Our philosophy

To us an MMORPG is primarily a social experience. You meet and interact with hundreds of other players on a daily basis some of which you will form closeknit bonds with. We are looking to crystallize that experience, to encapsulate and purify an environment with likeminded players that are also looking to make friends and have fun together.

What good is all that epic gear if you have no one to play with? No friends to relish those moments when you work together with your comrades tirelessly to eventually overcome some challenging boss?

We are not progression-focused, but that doesn't mean that we don't do dungeons together, in fact I would argue that we do more dungeons than many other progression-focused FCs. With that said we don't focus solely on endgame dungeons rather we will make sure to help our lower leveled players as well, for us the fun is primarily from playing together with those you like.

Because sociability and friendliness are uncorrelated with your level and gear we don't discriminate against anyone so members of all race, creed, gender and sexual orientation are welcome.

What you will get from us

Friends to start off with, we have a very diverse member pool in all respects. But we all share one thing in common; tolerance and open-mindedness. If you chose to join us you'll be thrown into a very social environment, don't let the, sometimes wacky and silly conversations throw you off though, we are all about having fun together xD.

Aside from that we regularly hold FC events, these don't have to be dungeon runs, for example Fridays where we hold the "Friday night funtime event" it's a nice and fun time and also a chance to win some gil .

If you're lower leveled don't be afraid to ask for help, me and the others will extend a helping hand as soon as we can. For those higher levels we have regular farm groups doing CM and HM primals.

What we expect of you
We have a strict code of conduct, we will not accept impolite or abusive behaviors towards any other players. Members are expected to act helpful and friendly towards each other and at least maintain civil towards other players.

Sometimes the game can be frustrating and we understand that, it's not fun to wipe 15 times on a boss, and no one will blame you for leaving a PUG that isn't working out. As long as you do it in a respectful way. Violating the CoC will resut in a swift dismissal from the FC.

Raiding Core Group
A couple of our officers and members have got together and taken the initiative to launch an internal raid core group, this is to cater to the more progression-minded players and it operates within our FC as an independent group.

As said Excellence is Famfrit's true social community and we have not and are not going to change that goal. As usual we pledge to never impose gear or level requirements for entry into the "mother group" of the FC. The activities of the "mother group" have not changed in any way because of this structural extension and the "mother" and "raid core" group function more or less independently of each other.

If you are interested in being a member of Excellence and also want the raiding experience there are two things to keep in mind

1) I am not involved in the management of the raiding core group, it is run independently of the FC. If you have any questions regarding that I refer you to; Super Mario, Haseo Seerlane, Silvra Rhee and Ska Mummy who are the core raid group leaders.

2) Because it is an independent unit of our FC they may have other requirements for admission, again this is beyond my area of responsibilities. With that said it is an optional thing for those that seek progression raiding but still want to be part of a fun and social community.

Like I said earlier, there are no formal requirement to join as long as you understand and accept our CoC then either message me, Haseo Seerlane, Super Mario, Exctasy Gail, Schelle Sommers, Silvra Rhee or Warlighter Eternus in game.

I am all for the LGBT and friendliness, but don't you think you went a little... overboard? "encapsulate and purify an environment" huh?

Otherwise I love the guild mindset! Just a bit to much lol
