Indeed. I've had black mages (they're the worst in my experience) follow me around and deliberately wait til I'm running towards a sheep, and then blast it with wrack or whatever their instant-cast ranged attack is; I had a rather enlightening conversation with one black mage; who revealled they didn't even need fleece. They just enjoyed forcing people to go home, they saw it as their little PvP game, finding a farmer and the harrassing them til they quit farming.
