Error9000 Connection Loss exactly every 3 hours

Basically i loose connection once every 3 hours, of course when i log in i can loose connection at any point in time, not sure why but after the first connection lost. i loose connection every 3 hours on the dot, any ideas of why this would be happening or have any info on fixing this issue would be much appreciated thanks.

i am having 90000 disconnects off and on all day i dc 3 times in 1 WP run all 90000 errors and I dc yesterday more times in 5 hours than in 3 weeks..something is definately wrong with the servers

all day today having this 90k error followed usually by 2002 error after that.... like every 1-2 hours it seems...didnt have it that much since the fisrt weeks of launch... =(((
