Tank or Healer alt for Myth/Philo farming?

Sup guys. I'm just wondering which would be your go-to option for easy, fast-queue, Myth/Tome farming. I know I'll catch a lot of flak for this, but I'm talking about a chill, low-intensity job that I can do while watching Netflix while still paying attention.

Before you say it, I've both healed and tanked raids in other games while watching movies and have had no trouble keeping people up. AK/WP are considerably easier than those, so I wouldn't be hindering my party at all.

From my observations, it seems Healers tend to stand around doing nothing for a majority of the time during AK/WP (except WP speed runs, which is actually fun to pay full attention to on any job); particularly SCH.

If you are a healer standing around doing nothing, instead of Holy/Stone II spamming between heals, your kicked from my groups. =P

But tank would be insta queue, although your on my server, I don't see why you don't just join shout groups, they're always there en mass.

healer for AK is probably what you're looking for. just remember to dps pre-bees on demon wall.

Shout groups tend to require some level of commitment for multiple runs. I tend to go off and do random things between runs and generally like to go at my own pace, so I'm pretty much limited to the DF.

I don't mind throwing the occassional Stone/Aero/Thunder. I'm good at stance dancing. But it still seems like a relatively less hectic job, even compared to DPS. Tanks also seem pretty chill, but I imagine a lot more skill spam than either DPS or Healer.

As a tank, it's so easy to farm. I get into parties quick, yeah but as you get more geared, you don't have to do that much.

I think, for DF, go ahead and play Scholar. =) Tank is equal with skill spam as DPS.

The Que for healers is not fast, you are not the only one with this idea trust me. The tank que is far quicker, so if you want to actually cut down time play Paladin.

Cool, thanks guys. I'll continue the healer route for now. I know healers have queues, but they can't be more than DPS queues, right? I'm guessing 10-15 minutes as opposed to 40-50.

I can honestly say as a whm I can watch netflix while doing my tome runs. Please refer to the healers need to dps thread to see how well this goes over, but if you get a good tank and some decent dps, whm is the way to go for super lazy runs( I dont play a sch so I cant say how easy that is compared to whm). No one throw things at me please, I do dps in my runs.
