Ifrit extreme was a joke too lol. I'm not looking forward to extreme really...I mean what's the point? What are they going to drop? We already have our relics which are supposed to be the best. Now, if they drop primal armor that is good I guess I'll do it.
I want open world NM and such too...man we had it nice in 1.0 ; ;
Met THE Reinheart in DF a week or two ago sporting the Mog Axe. I already have my +1, but I want that axe now....Moggle Mog was actually challenging in a sense, it was way more party oriented than the other primals. In ARR it's probably been nerfed but it will hopefully be an interesting fight still. The weapons are great if you came over with it, but considering Relics take..mere hours to get Moggle Mog is outdated content before it even re-releases lol. Knowing SE though they'll make it a requirement for Crystal Tower or something just to force people into it.
I like hard mode primals coming out.
What I really want to see is Titan spamming 8 plumes every 60 seconds, landsliding two directions at once (1 with each fist), and a mountain buster that has to be split over two tanks. Oh let's make it so he does plumes in heart phase, and his geo crash scales so each geocrash hits harder than the previous one.
And let's make it a requirement for relic +2. But it doesn't give you relic +2, instead
Add a new primal (the weapon thing from the end of the game) that is the hard mode version, and it comes after titan in the ifrit -> garuda -> titan chain, and it has all the mechanics of all 3 of them so phase 1 will be Extreme Ifrit + Ultimate, and Phase 2 will be Extreme Garuda + Ultimate, and phase 3 Extreme Titan + Ultimate. And you need to kill that to finish Relic +2. And make relic +2 cost 900 myth and be IL 100.
I'll give them a pass this time. They didn't expect the game to be this popular, they had all the launch issues, and now RMT issues. They're trying, and I'll accept that they're reusing existing content to artificially create more content. But after this, we do need some actual new content.

Who is this We? I currently still pushing for my 50 right now. Even if I did have my relic, I would still get the weapon because they look cool.Ifrit extreme was a joke too lol. Cool looking> Stats personally. I'll still get the best stuff for my class, but I won't ignore the gear just because I have the best gear.
Ifrit Extreme in all of XIV 1.0-1.23 only had like 400 people defeat it.CT and Housing will be interesting. But I'm more curious about Leviathan, Ramuh and Shiva. When are they coming? I only remember seeing artwork of Shiva, but it feels like she's been completely forgotten again.
But then I havent really been reading the dev blog a whole lot since release.
Leviathan was confirmed for a 2.2 release (as long as there are no Tsunami in Feb/March when 2.2 comes out...). Along with 2.2 they will have an additon to the Coil (Turn 6+, maybe entrance to Great Labyrinth of Bahamut, 24-man RAID).
Shiva and Ramuh I think were mentioned for 2.3 along with Gold Saucer.

If they wanted to be somewhat original, they'd make a hybrid fight, like Ultima Weapon, but ya know, hard.
And unpredictable.
I generally do not like harder versions of the same encounter unless there are a bunch of new mechanics. Hulking out the boss to have more HP and hit harder is not my idea of more content.
I love this. Titan's my favorite fight in the game, even after farming him for hours with pugs over the last week to get the heart (which dropped for me yesterday) but it's gotten a bit easy with the current level of gear. Would love to see an extreme mode with more punishing mechanics to keep the fight interesting (especially since they might be nerfing Titan HM in 2.1).
