That's basically what you're saying after all. Somebody breaks the TOS once and you're all "MAXIMUM PUNISHMENT TO THE EXTREEEEEEEME!". Or ya know, they could suspend them, and warn them never to do it again.
Except that is no where near the same thing, yes killing someone is the same as a perma ban on a video game.
