RMT Imitating Legit Players with Names

I'm sorry but this is starting to get hilarious as hell. They are evolving every time you turn around.
This is a very very horrible case in this game. This is the worst case of RMT's I have ever seen and it's in a P2P of all things.
Luckily, I'm no where near High levels because I go somewhere where it is pretty light of people to craft.
SE NEEDS to get on the case much more faster than they are now. It's honestly getting out of hand.
