Organization XIII is a newbie friendly Free Company welcoming all active players of all levels and classes into our ranks!

While we identify ourselvs as a casual crowd for the most part, we do still have some members who are very much raid capable and currently farming end game content. You do not have to be a hard core raider to join by any means, actually, if you ARE a hard core raider, you will probably be disappointed by our FC as we do not pursue it nearly to the degree other FC's do.

We are simply looking for other people to enjoy the game with, both on a social level and a progression level. Here are the traits we are looking for in a new recruit.

1. Friendly & Drama free
2. Active (No disappearing for 10+ days at a time)
3. Helpful

Q:Why do you make people fill out an application if your a casual FC?

A: The application simply tells us a little about you, and we use it to determine wether or not you would be a good fit for our free company. For instance, if you are very hard core with raiding, T4 T5 coil and expect people to know all the fights in the game thusfar, then you will most likely not be a good fit for our FC as we have only a handful of members able to raid coil, and they have only completed turn1

Q: What time of day are you as a FC most active?

A: Around noon EST (GMT-5)

Q: Where are most of your members from?

A: About half of us are in the US, the other half are from the EU. To elaborate, there are 44 members total, and durring peak hours we have between 10 and 15 people online at once

Q: Do you have a VOIP server?

A: We have a 25 man mumble
