    Tried downgrading up to 2 versions prior and still no dice. Will definitely be canceling my subscription if I can't get it resolved...no point otherwise :/

    Edit: Not sure about the driver conflicts...the only Realtek device I have is my sound card....not like I can just disable it unless I want to not hear the game lol.
