They need to plan everything not just the trip to end game, or the end game. Awesome end game, crap to get there, loss of subs. Awesome trip to end game, crap when you get there, loss of subs. I would also like to note that having end game content does not correlate to Hardcore vs Casual. As it stands, there is plenty of casual content in game. But hardcores lost their bit of content when BG cleared twintania, and everyone cried for nerfs to twisters.
