Sujet : 2.1 Delayed?

If SE does not have everything done by mid next month they need to break the patches into 2 parts.

Release what is done when the patch was planned, and release what is not done later.

The game has a massive lack of content at endgame atm... this is what kills mmos. More then bugs, lag, and server issues combined. They need to solve it sooner then later. Waiting 2-4 more weeks could cost them a chunk of subs which just give up on this game. An evergrowing segment of the population is out of content in 4-6hrs every week... this CANNOT happen in a mmo.

Now that the sky is falling and the end is nigh can we stop making stupid threads? They'll release it when it's done. I've played since launch of 1.0 and I can tell you major patches have all been really smooth compared to other games.

If I replied that way everytime my customers asked for a date I would have no customers by now.

Kind of like what they do with FFXI currently..........

Update almost every month, major update gets broken up for early/mid/late release then early/mid/late next month for the rest - It's just so..strange how FFXI has the update pattern ARR is supposed to have since new MMO usually should get the faster update especially with the speed and retainment current ARR has (you only do most content once.)

You played 1.x, you know exactly how this can go when it comes to Yoshi-P. Also, the trailers says Winter 2013, which means it could end up being Jan/Feb 2014 as well.

I only wish I could white knight this hard especially after playing 1.0 and several months of 2.0 like yourself. But no I didn't play 1.0 because it was a large pile and now 2.0 seems to only want literally all it's new content to be released in a single patch. Do you really see nothing wrong with that when this game has almost nothing after hitting max level? Crafting/gathering classes only do so much and then do you think it's fine telling everyone if they want more battle classes they should go out and literally do nothing but fates?

I saw this and immediately thought the same thing. January it is.

I was waiting for this. This forum has gone too far beyond useful to the devs. If you're not whining and complaining you're a white knight. There's plenty to do after 50, I'm sorry if you don't enjoy it. Claiming there is no content and you not enjoying the content are two very different things. If I'm a white knight you're an entitled child.

From release and with all the crap we have going on now, I knew it'll be a stretch.

August 27 + 7 = Sept 3. Sept 3 + 90-93 = Dec 2 - Dec 4.

'Next Live Letter' could mean the Q&A that follows a week later, meaning November 29.
