Edit: To clarify, it's not getting delayed just because they'll be talking about features from 2.1 in the next Live Letter. Considering one of those is PVP it could easily be the Letter after the patch happens.

After the update it wouldn't have too much sense. Maybe LL on 20th and update on 23/24th, so they gather all the bugs during the holidays and start the new year with some work to do xP

Housing was never been said on 27th but always after the release. So as for PVP.

Only Crystal Tower was confirmed to be released on 27th.
