Great idea, I'm all for it!
Great Idea, thumbs up!!!!

+1 Bumping this up, this is actually a really fun idea!
I agree, taking pictures next to treasure chests with only the environment to give a hint at what boss was killed is not much fun.
Even better, give their corpses collision so we can stand ontop of them. Obviously they could still disappear after a few minutes. (to prevent any possible blocking issues)

I'm all for it. Used to do this in WoW all the time.

I support this idea.
It's standard FF to have dead beings re-absorbed into the aether. I don't recall a single one where enemy corpses hung around. And before someone mentions player corpses, we are just ever KO'd, right?

There's a screen shot of one earlier in this very threadbut there doesn't have to be a lore reason (or a history in the Final Fantasy series) for everything. Its a great idea, with few if any drawbacks, that's reason enough to have it.
A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.

Don't know if this was mentioned in the previous pages, but theres a reason why the primal bosses are not around after death. However, every other boss SHOULD be able to be dead on the floor so that you may screenshot.
SPOILERS BELOW:
Primals cannot lay dead on the floor because upon their death, they lose their physical form. You find this out in the main storyline.
