security token does not work on smartphone

Not sure what happen at the moment. The security token on my smartphone was not working anymore. Instead of showing the one-time password, it requests me to re-enter my details (account name and password) plus the registration code. Well... as i cannot log in the mog station/ square enix account to get my registration code.. so i believe the only thing i can do is to use my emergency removal code!

but after i use it, it said my password is not working!! now facing my pc and feeling hopeless... anyone experience the same.. or just my bad luck?

thanks, ZohnoReecho. Tried...but it shows "The Square Enix ID, Square Enix password, and Emergency Removal Password you entered do not match.".. this is my first time using that emergency removal password..so i worry if someone(?) made change on it
