CHARACTER STUCK

My wife got killed and when she was sent back to gridania she got stuck on the loading screen. Now she's still stuck in the loading screen but the game registers her character as if she's online. She's laying on the ground KO'ed while stuck on the loading screen logged into the game.

Please help her out.
