Haven’t been to the north part of zone lately but sure it happens there, im mainly around where Dodore spawns and happens all the time.

Happens when solo and in a party of any size.

Steps:
When doing anything in the zone, the clouds in sky flicker back and fourth between what looks to be 2 sets of sky patterns. Happens during all weather. Been happening ever since the NM where brought in, cant remmeber if it happened before then. Friend of mine confermed it was happening to them as well.

I've been having this happen to me for a long time as well. For me it's just about every zone though. I find if I move the camera a bit it will stop it, but it's still annoying. I don't remember when it first started unfortunately.
