Leves of Little Ala Mhigo fails to initiate

I did not start my trial as soon as I received the quest "Leves of Little Ala Mhigo". Now I am trying to go back and initiate the quest but that option is not available....same for the abandon option( thought I could abandon and accept quest again from Esmond to be able to complete the quest). Only option available in the quest journal is "Map". When I click on it, it shows me the area that I would be fighting zombies of some sort but I go in that area ...and nothing.

Please help!

Make sure you are in the section to initiate the levequest (bottom section of the journal) and not in the quest itself.

For some reason, the initiate button isn't showing for me.

You should have the quest to do the leve, and the leve itself. The leve is what you initiate. Check your quest journal thoroughly.

Thanks for this! Noticed I had it in my log and selecting the map was unavailable. Found the leve to initialize in the bottom of the quest journal. Then solved and unlocked it no problem.

Make certain you are looking at the trial leve quest you accepted and not at the "Leves of Little Ala Mhigo" quest.

Which trial leve you get can vary (may not be the same as I show) but it will be listed under the Levequests category and then Southern Thanalan in your journal.
