Compensation For Far Too Much Maintenance

So I have Been Playing this game since a week after release and there has been 4-6 hours of maintenance just about every 2-3 days. For a game that takes a monthly payment I expect far better than this for my money. We have not been compensated in any way for all the downtime and I for one am extremely disappointed with how much maintenance is going on and yet it seems nothing is really being fixed. I request a FREE month or months until you can get a service I am paying to receive to work correctly. If this was a car payment I would be demanding a new car or suing you under the lemon law, think about that. Your making people pay for a broken service, you have expectations and rules that WE must follow, well sirs, we have expectations as well for services we pay monthly for.
