Voidal Resonator Mount

Hello, I was suppose to recieve a Voidal Resonator mount as part of my stage 3 gift reciept. However i never recieved it. I have tried submitting tickets asking for help but i haven't recieved any indication that I'm being helped. Please any help would be nice. Thank you.

Apologies if you already did this, but just in case (it doesn't say in your post), you have to get the mount from a mail moogle (looks like an envelope on the map, they're in all 3 major cities). Talking to the Moogle should give you the item. You then use the item (it'll vanish from your inventory) and it'll appear with the other mounts on the abilities screen (default key = P).

If you already did that though, unfortunately you'll have to wait for CS to reply to your ticket and/or call them (they don't reply to tech support posts on the forums as this is more customers helping other customers and this isn't something that can be fixed without SE).

Thanks for the reply, i really appreciate it. And yes i did check my mail, it never showed up in my mail, the beady eye pet did, but the mount did not. which is just odd.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
