    Yes I noticed and have seen several people /sh about it. Also same story in Costa del Sol. Did not see any notes about it in maintenance though.

    I didn't notice any nerf, but then again I stay alt-tabbed for videos most of the time, so I just chalk it up as I spent too much time in the other window and missed the FATE.

    I've noticed it in every zone I've spent time in: South and East Shroud, Coerthas, Eastern Thanalan. I think they may have nerfed FATEs by decreasing their spawn time.

    There's a simple solution to (almost) maintaining XP gain:farm mobs while you wait. The goblin camp in S Shroud is a pretty decent place to do this. In N. Thanalan, there are several good locations: where DD spawns, the area next to that, etc
