Notice to all Tank and Melee dps in general in AK.

Guys pls understand that Shadow Flare helps dpsing the wall faster. As a Sch, I will normally place it down before I start dotting the wall. Smns also do more or less the same.

If you, maybe having problem dodging the lanes, zooming out helps a lot. But if you do not want to zoom out (maybe due to not understanding controls or religious reason or you are a lalafell and a bigger looking world frightens you) we can set in to the left or right so you can see the lanes, easier. But please change your playstyle a little, for "I used to dodge to the left/right, you suck." QQs = unreasonable.

Remember the world do not revovle around you, but the party.

I'm not against this on principle (I'm a SCH myself), but here's the thing: first, Shadow Flare honestly does very little damage. Second, people are wrong when they call the wall a DPS check: pretty much any party can clear it as long as they handle the mechanics right.

So helping people deal with the mechanics should be your first priority. Sure if they did things right Shadow Flare wouldn't hinder them, but your teammates are who they are (especially in PU groups) and you won't change them by being frustrated. Just make their lives easier.

LIES! A group with Level 30-45 Gear ONLY cannot kill it, as the Bees and Void Pitch will kill them in the long run as by the 5th repel, that's ALL you have left to stand in.

Also I love how you say "the world doesn't revolve around you" then how about YOU stop being a hypocrite and adapt to the party's standards? If the tank/dps are bad and they can't dodge void zones if you cast shadow flare, then ffs just stop using it. Demon wall isn't even a dps race, I've beaten it with a party full of GC weapons without breaking a sweat.

The great part about this is, you didn't say anything. Then you expect ppl to know, then QQ about it.

Say next time I need to ask if anyone prefer Embace or Physhic, how much % of hp they need to feel comfortable. And if they feel comfortable if they my fairy is healing them.

If people cant beat AK ( demon wall ) they don't need to continue. This game only gets more complicated regarding AOE dodge.
Matter of fact... if you cant learn left, right,left, right - wait- reset - repeat. then you not going to be able to do Titan / BC / CT

Just quit now and do yourself a favor.. go back to COD or GOW this type game is not for you.

Shadow Flare does considered amount of dmg because it last longer than any other DoT. Besides thats the point of SMN do DoTs thats how he does dmg. Even if the spell do 10 dmg per tick when you add up all the DoTs, Bio, Bio2, Thunder, etc. The life of an enemy gets down faster. Also Fester does more dmg the More DoT it had when you activate it.

Fester only count with certain DOT, and Shadow Flare not one of them~u wont have Fester for more than 300 potency~
