Linkshell Management Recognition

Thanks Rhomagus, I have been campaigning for this since the beta and my pleas have fallen on deaf ears, as the months went by i found more and more features in the Linkshell department that weren't tied to this topic. I made that topic tossing the info out in the open for all to see and voice their opinions on them.

That list involved pretty much all the features we had in XI and some ones we didn't. From simple LS Message, online/offline sort, to the ability to view current class/rank/location of members on the LS page.

I will leave the most current one for you all to check it out. (Thx Rhom for supporting my thread!)
