Issue:
At level 50, all EXP gained from quests or story missions is rolled into stored EXP bonuses for lower-level class/jobs in Desciple of War (DoW) and Desciple of Magic (DoM). All bonus EXP is lost once class is changed to Desciple of Land (DoL), such as Miner or Botanist. When returning to DoW or DoM class/jobs, EXP does not return and stays gone.

The problem with this is that bonus EXP was originally because of the whole "resting" concept. However, any quest that was done as a level 50 job is now also lost as well, for ALL jobs. This breaks the whole point of having quests to give you EXP in the first place. It FORCES players to try to GRIND other jobs all the way up to the 45-48 level range just to do those quests so that the EXP is not wasted.

Possible Solution:
There needs to be a separation of "BONUS EXP" earned from Level 50 jobs and "RESTED EXP" from logging off or spending time in a sanctuary area. Rested EXP should be across ALL jobs and should not reset at all if you switch to any other job or class. BONUS EXP should stay separate between the two sets of jobs, whether they're Disciple of Hand (DoH) and Land (all of which create or modify gear and items) and Disciples of War/Magic (all of which USE gear and items and are directly combat oriented).

I had a full blue bar on Paladin at level 50 earned through completing storyline missions and quests. That bar was blue for 3 days. I could estimate the stored EXP value at over 700,000 EXP, but can only guarantee the 562,000 on Gladiator/Paladin. I unlocked Miner and Botanist because I was bored one day. Upon returning to Paladin, ALL of that stored EXP was GONE. I feel like I just got SCREWED out of the EXP I had spent a week accumulating. I was going to apply that bonus EXP to Black Mage and levelling up Lancer and Pugilist. Now it's gone. This hinders (slows down) lower-level progression significantly and needs to be addressed.

Steps taken:
1. Reported concern immediately to GM Contacts under Support Desk via in-game interface. I was referred to SE's support contact form.
2. Submitted SE Support Contact request. Request number is 3139195. Was referred back to this forum to submit report for in-game bug.
3. Submitting in-game bug here (now).

I doubt SE will actually give me my bonus EXP back or in any other way compensate for the loss. It would be nice, though.
