A little help for my friend please!

I helped a friend get a computer this one here:

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/pavilion...specifications

When I got it I compared stats to what it would take to run FFxiv and I thought for sure it would run it.

He says there is a delay in movement when he uses the WSAD keys to move and also that the game has low frame rates no matter what setting he places it on. I know he gets 35 download and 3 upload on his net. Can someone let me know if the computer is a bust for this game and/or if there is anything I can do to help me run the game better. Please and thank you.

That is a weak graphics chipset integrated into the motherboard sharing the RAM the PC uses. He will need to buy a discreet graphics card, I recommend a Radeon HD 7850 for his system. Great mid-range price/performance. Make sure the power supply in that computer has at least one 6-pin pci-e power plug.
