I understand the point you're trying to make, but that is just an absolute horrible comparison. The company that built the first building would be sued, lose licences, and be out of business. Let me make another horrible comparison, when I buy a new car, the first year of the model, I can expect the wheels to wobble, my lights to flicker, and the engine to stall, because you know, it's new and all.
