So many people these days think game companies owe us something because we buy their product or pay them for a service.
While i do agree they do owe us as good a service as they can give us, i also agree that is exactly what they are trying to do.

My advice would be to take a deep breath and try to be as understanding as you can and wait it out or you can logout and cancel your sub and play something else.
They owe us as good as service as they can give us? Is that like no child left behind? Or everyone is a winner? That's your level of requirement for a service that you pay real money for? I don't care if that money is the price of your sandwich yesterday, you really should start holding companies to a higher level of quality for services they should be providing you.

True that a company doesn't owe you anything, but you also don't owe them your money either.
